Clean and new environment.

I was really disappointed with the room not being completely made up when I arrived. I lacked bedding for the pull-out bed and had to go ask for toilet paper and tissue. It felt frustrating to deal with these issues instead of simply enjoying my stay.

absolutely terrible experience, had to switch rooms at 3:00am and the management didn’t seem to care at all. I expected a free upgrade for my troubles, but no. the room was only mediocrely cleaned for a new hotel, so disappointing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. 3/10 do not recommend.

close to parks and dining for weekend explorers

I loved staying at this hotel because it was just a short walk to both mcilvoy park and the grandview tavern and grill, making my city strolls really enjoyable. everything i needed was right nearby, from great food options like cold stone creamery to beautiful outdoor spots to relax.

good service but some improvements needed

The kitchen staff provided me with great gluten-free information, which made my breakfast choices easier. I loved the self-serve lemon water and coffee, always available and refreshing. My room was impeccably clean, smelled amazing, and was exceptionally quiet at night. I also appreciated the short walk to local dining options, which added convenience to my stay.

While my stay was pleasant, the breakfast selection felt limited compared to what I expected.
